Thought it was real

I was trying to work at my job. Kept getting distracted by planning activities with my friends. Talked to Aileen and invited her for dinner then had to plan dinner. Then started watching someone’s baby for them. He was the sweetest boy. Took him to my office so I could get some work done. Only had about 3 charts coded by the end of the day. Found out this baby was Marlo’s. Found out later from Rachelle he was adopted. We were at some kind of group picnic but I must have been working too because I couldn’t move. I was telling Rachelle about the cutest boy I was watching. She started telling Jenn and I about how he was adopted. As she told the story she stated walking away because both the grandma came around the corner. But I couldn’t move and Jenn didn’t so she had to repeat herself later. The next day at work I was determined to get more done. I didn’t. I was going to go for a walk along this hiking trail. It would have taken me more time than I had. I was also only in bare feet and part of the trail was metal and would have burned my feet. I decided I should just go back to work. On my way back I remembered I wanted to start working on lucid dreaming. To do that you need to start paying attention to the world around you when awake. I made sure to look around really well. I first looked up and there was a sheer curtain handling there and I thought “this is what it looks like when I am dreaming.” Beside it it was clear and I thought “this is what it looks like when I am awake”. I also looked at my hands and tried to put my finger through each of them. My one hand was like rubber and moulded around my finger. I thought that was strange because I knew that shouldn’t happen when I was awake and I knew I was awake. (Didn’t like that because I usually know I’m dreaming in my dreams). Oh I also remember at one time going into a meeting and jumping up and hovering for a while and thinking if I believed enough I could actually fly high and was close to believing I would.
