Murder or accident?

So there was this little girl swimming in the bathtub, she accidentally believed to drown. But detectives believe the adult who was there with her put something in the water. While they were explaining how it happened, my vision was suddenly in that tub and I was the girl and there was something werid about the water. I got scared and get out of the tub ASAP.
