adopted mum kidnapped me?

my brother signed me up for adoption by accident and we found this girl to adopt me but i kept telling her i already had a family but she took me to see the world such as france, canada, and russia. i remember in france i checked my location on my phone and i was like “IM IN FRANCE!?” so i called my real mum and she said that she loved me. my adopted mum took me to canada once where my real mum was on her way to get me but we quickly left to russia, my dream place. i skipped my school classes and got directly on the bus where i met some new people, this one guy asked me if i was okay and needed to rant so i went “ive been kidnapped” and then apparently he just moved here too. then i woke up.
