Worried

This dream was very worrisome. I was driving an 18-wheeler and trailer down a dirt road. It belonged to my boyfriend. He left and disappeared. Somehow the trailer turned into a van & become stuck in some railroad tracks . I kept asking him to come back and help me but he repeatedly told me no. There were other people around me on the sight but I cant remember faces.
