One inch rusted bit in ankle

I was in this house (rooming house). And went up a dark staircase that spiraled at the top and it had extra space in btwn the steps at the very top. I seemed to not have the strength to pull myself up (however earlier in the dream I did it). I kept trying and thought oh man what if the wood breaks it looks old. Then a thin drill bit all rusted went into my ankle and I had to pull it out and as I did I could feel it further cutting me. It swelled and had an egg bump. I thought glad I got shot at doctors that rust is not good. Then blood oozed out I hobbled to another room asked this stranger man to photograph it because it’s the landlords fault (my phone was lost). He did then he walked with me towards the ER and when I was in that house I saw Laura s. I said to Laura “is that a mass art tshirt did u go to school there” but I was referring to the t shirt under her tshirt. And earlier in the dream I was in that house w Pauline and we hooked up. She had disappeared though. I was very upset about my injury and concerned for myself.
