Took longer than expected but I'm back! As promised, here's the full rundown of my dream based on the brief summary below. ______________________________ Military building w/ fam Dad suddenly Outside Pond with the reflection of total eclipse Sky looks like an absolute astronomical paradise Colorful comet rings ______________________________ In the beginning of my dream, I was in the house watching a bunch of kids playing with each other, their electronics and whatnot. But their tablets were super broken. Like, the screens were massively cracked, the entire tablet flexed and crunched when you held it, it was done for. I don't even remember the screens being on. Someone mentioned going somewhere, and being the type that likes to go places no matter where it is, I decided to join my family (mom, her bf, my sister, and probably my brother) on this trip. Next thing I knew, we were inside some fancy business. We were walking down a hallway and I saw some men in suits just being professionally casual (if that makes sense. They looked so professional but they seemed to just be chillin around). There were also a few men in military suits, the camo ones with heavy boots. We stopped at a door and my family said they were going inside. I told them "Okay" and just decided to stay in the hallway. I was minding my own business for a while, just standing in the hall and waiting. A man in one of those military suits hugged me all of a sudden. I think he said something but I can't seem to remember what. I tried to catch a glimpse of his face when he pulled away, but he was already leaving and I only saw the back of his head. He was white, a few inches taller than me, light brown hair in a buzz cut. That's all I remember of him. I was pretty amused and laughed about how weird that was, then went back to minding my own business. Not long after, I felt a hand on my shoulder and heard my dad saying "Heeey baby~!" I turned around to face him, confused and happy. Confused because I was in Florida and I hadn't told him where I was, but happy because I haven't seen him in a year since he lives so far. I think I asked him what he was doing there but I don't remember getting an answer. I just remember him saying that we were going somewhere. I just kinda shrugged and said "Alright", then followed him out of the building. It was nighttime, pretty quiet and calm. We walked past a little body of water and I saw a total eclipse in the reflection. It was beautiful, I had to look at the real thing. I turned my attention to the sky and was immediately taken aback by the sight of the eclipse, backed by two other extremely close planets. It was beautiful, the closer planet behind the eclipse looking somewhat earthy with hints of green and blue and brown. I told my dad to look, but he was behind a bit and wasn't seeing what I was seeing. It wasn't until he caught up with me that he finally noticed all of the planets and stuff but I don't remember his reaction. I was in complete awe. We kept walking, me having to eventually tear my gaze away from the astronomical wonder above us. Eventually, I looked back up at the sky. It was dark, but I could make out faint lines of like, shooting stars or something. I stopped in my tracks, trying to pay attention and see more clearly. More of these lines, brighter and more colorful, came down in rows of about 4, maybe 5, I think they varied. They came down, curved into a circle, and then stopped, leaving colorful circles shimmering in the sky. My dad and I watched this phenomenon together, and I was so moved by how stunningly beautiful it was that I started crying tears of joy. More people came out to watch, and I remember seeing a news report saying that police were "Camera Blocking" people during the event. I woke up after that.
