the DUI

I got in the back right seat of a car and there was a beer on the floor. I was in my own driveway but for some reason there was a female cop there. She then came up and tried to arrest me for a DUI even though I was in the backseat and the car wasn't running. And the bottle appeared ancient. I then pleaded that I am a master's student and that would be my second DUI and ruin my life (which it wouldn't I've never had a DUI). And my family got involved and she let me off with a morning.
