Losing the Game I’m Best at Playing

(Not in Dream) I did not enter sleep paralysis, but I did remember a dream! I had dei others, but I forgot. Kind of unfortunately though, I did not lucid dream. (In Dream) My sister and I must have been playing a game similar to Crash Team Racing. Both she and I were playing our regular characters, her as Polar and me as Pura. I never actually saw myself in my dream, but logic makes it seem as if I was playing Pura. My sister though, I could hear her from whatever perspective I was in. My perspective was of the game, but it was like a VR headset, so that’s all I could see ((My dreams are like this pretty often, actually)). The game wasn’t actually Crash Team Racing as I have said, but rather a cross between one of the adventure games and the racing games ((Though, the adventure game part seemed reaaaally close to one I’ve seen before, though probably in a previous dream)). I started out as playing Crash in this strange area outside. It was somewhat beach-like and had a huge cave (like Skull Rock? from one of the actual adventure games). I only got to look around before the perspective changed and I was now Pura in a different area. This area kind of resembled Cortex Castle. Pura stood there on two feet like an anthropomorphic, just like all of the other more animalistic characters. They were all walking around casually before the respective changed again, and I was still Pura, but suddenly we were on a snowy track resembling Blizzard Bluff. Everyone was in their karts and racing. Being a fan of racing games even though both my sister and I picked the slowest characters, I almost always manage to come in first place every race. Except, here, in the dream, my sister was winning and I was getting annoyed. The Blizzard Bluff-like area turned into a different area as we raced on that resembled a mix of Roo’s Tubes and Mystery Caves. We drove down on the hill, but I jumped off and got a boost when landing. After that, the area turned into a mix of Polar Pass and Blizzard Bluff where the tracks were looking more like half tubes and were veering off different ways. My sister and almost everyone else went to the right while I went to the left, getting huge amounts of air time and pretty much crashing to the ground. The game offers boosts after specific amounts of air time and the longer the time, the bigger of a boost you get when you hit the ground. The area changed back into the Mystery Caves and Roo’s Tubes like area and I came crashing down from the left side, probably almost crushing another character. The timer rand out and I couldn’t get past my sister so I heard her floating that she won. Things started over again and the characters were all walking around until we got into our karts and started racing again. When the time came, I tried to get larger air time, but it didn’t help and I had lost again. We started racing one more time and I did my huge jumps, somehow landing right behind her and to the right where I got a power boost, power slid, and utilized the left turning corner to get in front of her. (Not in Dream) And then I sadly woke up lol.
