Sleep Paralysis Extraction

Triggered by a call and response, a figure approaches, enters my space then sits on my bed behind me. I feel a sharp pain in my arm like a needle and an Extraction. I’m afraid to turn around and my body is frozen. Finally, my hand twitches. I wake and make observations around my space, though still afraid to turn around behind me. It feels as though the energy is still lurking behind me.
