Another Apocalypse

So I vaguely remember this dream but there was this cruel overlord. Everything was dusty and dark and me and I sister had this plan to basically kill him but it was pretty half baked. My dad went off to fight him and I remember seeing him go down this trench and being really worried. There was also this two older teens who led a rebellion or something like that
