Eerie returning dream

I keep having this creepy dream where I’m in my basement and in the hallway to the garage I see a light and random creepy music playing. I’m on the floor beside the couch, unable to move. Then I’m walking around the mechanical room and feel an overwhelming sense of fear, like I’m being controlled. Idk it made more sense in my dreams but whatever. I just don’t like it.
