Can't find it

I went into a grocery store that I wasn't familiar with to pick up some stuff for my BF. My BF was with me but stayed in the car. I was looking for normal groceries from him and hand cream. It was so hard to find any of the things he wanted. Everywhere that it would usually be in other grocery stores, it was in a different location at this grocery store. I felt so bad because I kept looking and looking but I could never find the stuff he wanted. I felt bad because I was making him wait so much. Even when I asked a store worker for help, I still couldn't find the stuff he wanted me to pick up (i.e. hand cream and other normal groceries)
