Back in school

I dreamt I was in school again, like middle school. And it was the middle school I went to. I don’t remember a lot of my dream, but at one point I remember it was like early in the morning like 6 am and I woke up to throw up and my mom asked me if I wanted to go to school or not and I obviously said no. She was like trying to convince me but I was like no I’m not going. But then I remember also being at the school too but it always seemed like it was outside school hours, like extra curriculars or something. Oh also in another part where I was my own age and with my current boyfriend I was like 4 months pregnant and super excited but then realized I had on a birth control patch and instantly tore it off but got nervous cause I was like “have I been wearing that this whole time?”
