Panic attack

I was driving a tricicle in a street in algarve. Suddenly theres two guys following me and i hide on a corner of a house. I look back and theres a friend of mine. When i look back again im in a room with a bunch of friends in a house. Did things i regret. A couples nights after. My wallpaper in my phone changed and it keeps changing to photos os me in that party that i don't think i had on my phone. Light flash changing photos. Then it turns to pics of me sleeping... then to pics of me in the past that i didn't have on my phone. I tried to delete some of them ( the party ones) before showing it to my mum, but it didnt let me. I go to the kitchen when they r and i tell whats happening. They res a suspition of one of my dads employes and clients. I start having a panic attack and sink to the floor. We hear a click on the door and my dad goes to see who it is. When he is right at the door i wake up.
