First Vision: Figures - Vision

While praying that my eyes would be opened (to see more of Him? To see His people as He sees them? I was reading in Psalms) (with my eyes shut and praying silently so as not to wake my family). I see a wooden chair that began in a position as if it were laying on its side with the being in it, slowly tilting upright until the being sat facing straight at me, arms on the armrest of the chair. The being was shadowed so I don't know what it looked like. I opened my eyes, wondering if what I had seen was just my imagination, of the devil, or of God. So I asked Him to show me another, help me understand, be sure it was God. So I close my eyes and pray again  "Help me see"... Next I see a cave/maybe grave with a bright fiery background/inside just shining and a figure coming out of it, straight towards me with a power and might that surprised me with the power radiating off of him. So much so that I opened my eyes quicker than the first time. I get the feeling it was Jesus, but I'm not sure.
