Hysteria

This one is extremely hard to remember even though it happened today. I saw people who were on a way like video game characters. Indestructible incapable of being harmed. They were all just attacking each other. In a light hearted roughhousing way. I think it was some sort of chemistry joke or something. They exploded into the air on fire when they collided. The theme reminded me of borderlands. For whatever reason I heard myself laughing. I was laughing so hard hysterically. I laughed so much in the dream I woke up in real life and it turns out I was laughing in real life. It was a bellowing uncontrollable hysterical laugh. I was sleeping on the couch because I felt like it and my mom was very curious what was so funny I told her the truth. I have no clue the dream wasn't funny at all. Just absurd. It put me in a great mood and now I have a funny story to tell. What does it mean? Why was it funny? Do we all have a different sense of humor when we dream? Do you only get it in the dream? I wish someone could explain this to me.
