Teleporting fungus

I was dreaming about sleeping. Was fallen asleep at a Holiday with my now deceased Grandma and my mother was goading me to wake up. I woke up and had fungus growing on my leg where I was laying. But it was not natural it was like a neatly laid out gallery showing different specimens fungal growths. Lower on my leg, was some that looked like pizza. My uncle rich tried to rip it off to eat it and I screamed in pain. I teleported back to being a child and cousins Mike and Missi were there and I asked them to use a phone. Except it was an old fashioned phone and i got angry and demanded a smart phone and they looked at me like I was crazy. Child me looked at my leg and there were little black dots where the fungus was.
