(Note) Despite having tried for many days, I have still not reached lucidity other then the first time I tried (and it barely worked). Even after having dreams with anime (and apparently cartoon) characters. I haven’t really tried anything, but I’m willing to try the WBTB technique at this point. I just need a normal sleep schedule now. (In Dream) I was just an assistant or maybe a passerby who wanted to take a stroll around Stan and Steve’s company. I walked through the impossibly yellow and blue halls where I noticed Steve in a cubicle with a headset on. He was apparently taking a call. Getting up, Steve slowly wandered the long hall, going all the way down. Eventually, Stan came out and Steve booked it, running as fast as he could away from Stan and I. We chased after Steve, somehow ending up in some big waiting room that reminded me of an airport. There was a bathroom stall randomly in the room (luckily in a corner) that Steve decided to occupy. Having closed the door behind him, Steve say there. Running to Steve, Stan and I slowed down and stood at the door. Stan started talking to Steve through the tan/yellow stall before kicking it down. Steve was sitting on the toilet with his clothes on crying. I stood there for a moment listening to their words before I realized I needed to use the restroom. Walking away to let Steve talk with his dad and to do my business, I wandered a little bit towards the middle of the room where rows of black waiting room seats sat vacantly. No one was around. Apparently knowing that there were no bathrooms around and that those seats would somehow make do as a toilet, I plopped down on one of the middle ones. I made sure my jacket was not next to me as I thought seeing how gravity went, that the pee would end up on the jacket. I was right to do so. Having started to let go, I sat there for the longest time as if I hadn’t peed for hours. (Endnote) I woke up frantically and worried that I peed the bed. Luckily I had not haha. That would have been awful. I really would like to know why these bathroom dreams occur to me almost every other dream. At least I had this dream a couple nights ago.
AI generated interpretation This dream appears to be a reflection of your anxieties and fears around the idea of not being able to “control” your environment. The presence of Steve and Stan from American Dad! suggests that you may be feeling a sense of powerlessness or helplessness in your waking life, as these characters are often depicted as being in control and in charge. The idea of running away from Stan and Steve and ending up in a waiting room with a bathroom stall could symbolize your desire to escape from a situation that you feel is out of your control, and the bathroom stall could be a metaphor for your need to find a place of refuge or safety. The idea of sitting on a waiting room chair for a prolonged period of time before being able to finally let go could be your subconscious way of expressing the anxiety and frustration you feel when you feel like you can’t control your environment.
