Large Nail and dead bee pulled out of left hand

I dreamt that there were two thin wire-like things sticking out of my left hand, seeming to be part of something else inside my hand. I asked my mom for help to get them out. She pulled on one of them and this dead insect/bee or dragonfly type insect came out. It was really colorful and the size of a dragonfly, like a tropical insect but supposedly one that would have been dangerous if it was alive. Then she pulled on the other one. She had sort of a hard time getting it out. She had to pull really hard several times. Finally a very large grey nail/screw in thickness and length came out. I wondered how the heck a nail that big could have been inside my hand and I never realized it. My hand felt so much better when it was out. I thought wow I never even realized how much pain and discomfort something I didn’t know was there was causing. My hand felt lighter and more free. I said to my sister that I wondered if this was the same kind of nail they used to nail Jesus and she said “N, no.” Haha. My mom says perhaps this means something that was bothering me before won’t bother me anymore. It is a good dream. Not sure if hands represent work? Seemed to be my left hand in my dream. I know it can represent many things.
