the lights next door

A little back story first- I live next door to where my best friend's granny used to live. Unfortunately, I lost my best friend in a car accident last year. His granny passed away a few months later. When we first moved here, we would notice on occasion the kitchen light being on at unexpected times, and then would be off the next morning. Now the dream- my fiancé and I walk outside to go somewhere at night. There's and extra section on the house next door, but that doesn't surprise me. But I notice a cat jump up and crawl into the house through a hole in the wall. We both start to notice that the lights in the house are on. Not just kitchen light this time though, but almost every light in the house. I get freaked out and start walking around the house. It's as if someone were living there again, but I see no one. Nothing extreme, but extremely unsettling.
