Playing D&D with Critical Role

So, I was a guest player on Critical Role. I was vaguely aware that I was playing a game in the dream, but I saw what my character saw. I was traveling with the Mighty Nein, and Arkhan for some reason (the dragonborn from Campaign 1). I was vaguely friends with them, but didn't know them very well. We wanted to spend the night in some abandoned barn/farm place, and found this terrified girl there. When I went to comfort her and talk to her, she touched me and cast some spell, making me go insane, in the name of some god of madness. We both had these creepy grins on our faces, and it was one of those spells that only wears off after 30 days. Welp, roll initiative. Wanting to share my newfound joy with the rest of the party, I went on to cast a similar spell on them, one by one. It only lasted a minute, and you got to make a save before it took effect and at the beginning of each of your turns. If you fail, you attack your friends. I got really lucky though, and kept getting more and more of them infected by the madness. I woke up, but if I hadn't, I might have TPK'd The Mighty Nein.
