Buying weed

Was at a dispensary looking to pick up some wax. A rep from a company I follow on Instagram was there selling product and giving out free dabs. I waited in line for my turn but he never acknowledged me when I got up there. I kept waiting and waiting and nobody wanted to help me. Felt like I was invisible.
