LP has Pups while Pursued

LP (Lady Pastor Antoinette) and myself are being pursued by something evil. She is pregnant (like in real life) and at some point gives birth in an unusual way. She lays on her side and her stomach is cut open vertically (unlike usual C-sections). As the cut opens, about a dozen little egg like sacs slip out all slimy. Some are empty, but most have something inside. As they are ripped open, little puppies emerge. Soon after giving birth, those who were pursuing us caught up and tool LP away. I had to take care of the puppies after that.
