i always have this dream where i am running from somthing. whether it be a person ,a dangerous animal or some evil dark demon. it is always on my heels, i can never get fully away and safe. i may sometimes jump onto a roof and get away but then what ever it is chasing me eventually finds me and i have to run again. or i jump and i can kind of fly but im only just hovering above it and have to work so hard to just stay above it .ive had this same dream with a different villian or scary thing since i can remember. its always so distressing and it takes me a bit of time when i wake up to tell my self its a dream and to relax.
