Lucid?

Me and Zach were at my Nina’s house on the couch watching scary videos. I remember one video was of a driver driving down a dark street and past a burning car. Then people were running past the burning car and catching on fire then disappearing into the night. At the same time I was reading a scary book. I was sitting by the window under a blanket and I was really nervous that something was going to jump at the window and scare me. I decided to put the book down and calm down and then I remembered thinking that if I fell asleep without meaning to then I’d have a nightmare because the scary book was still on my lap. I went to move the book and it wasn’t there and then I thought maybe I already started dreaming. I bit onto my finger and felt no pain then I panicked and woke up in real life but was paralyzed. I instantly knew I was going to have sleep paralysis so I forced my head to snap to the side to wake up. As soon as I woke up I looked over and didn’t see Zach so I knocked on the wall and called out for him.
