Recurring Nightmare - Drowning

this is the 2nd time I've had a dream transition into a nightmare with this result. each scenario is different but the result is the same. This time I was out with my family in a car when we somehow got in a weird car accident. We never hit anyone, but the car spun and flipped and I ended up ejected from the car. I wasn't hurt but I ended up alone and lost in an unfamiliar place. After trying to call someone to pick me up, I'm approached by 2 girls. They make a very vague threat to me and as I turn around to leave there are 4 guys standing there. I get grabbed and dragged, and there's always some sort of water nearby. The people that grab me drag me over and begin to drown me in the water. I never remember what is said, but I remember seeing other bystanders and they see what is happening and nobody helps me. I am unable to escape and I wake up before I actually die...
