Haunting

I don't remember alot but this one part that I was sleeping alone in a dark bedroom. I can't remember if it was the one on my apartment or not but it looked like that or my old room at my parents. I was sleeping in my dream and got woke up by a woman startling me she was wearing a white night gown and had dark hallowed out eyes and dark hair. She was screaming in my face trying to bite me like a zombie and I freaked out crying and screaming and rolled off my bed on to the floor and opened the closed door where my parents was sitting on the couch in their living room and all I could do was cry. there was this other part where me and my mom was in some kitchen IDK where and things kept moving on there own like in the poltergeist and I was trying to yell at it to stop but no words was coming out to mouth .
