apartment anxiety

i had a dream last night that i was living in a very small apartment with my roommate. i remember some of our old friends lived there too and i had to give this ring back to them which was ofd. as the dream went on i felt worse and worse about the living situation especially for some reason, how bad it was for my cat. she basically had no room to do anything that cats need to do. i don't know if i was making noise in my sleep but she jumped into my bed waking me up and snuggled up to my face as if to bring me back to reality. i have a rough time shaking off anxiety dreams because my dreams are very vivid, but it helped a lot. i know it's a bit odd, but whatever.
