A screaming dream

I dreamt that i was so mad at my parents I grabbed my bowl and smashed it on the marble and then continued to scream really loud and I actually screamed in the dream usually I can’t scream cause it holds back but I remember waking up and feeling really good like I just got a huge weight lifted from my chest at the time I just thought it was a really good nap but I just now remembered the dream
