Italy: The Birthplace of Jesus?

So my sister and I were visiting Italy. It seemed so real even though I have never been before. We were taking tours and they took us to this stadium but we weren't allowed on the field, we could only look. In the center was this rundown, rusty, metal building and surrounding it were big egg like structures. The tour guide told us that the building is where Jesus was born and his baby chicks from that same time period were being born in the egg structures. I could also see eggs just laying around out there and I got my binoculars and saw 2 brown and yellow baby ducks and they were really cute.
