finding a wounded guy

tonight I had a dream in which I was walking through a city with my mom (the city was a lot like los santos in gta 5, which I've been playing a lot lately) and we walked into a parking garage for some reason. We found a guy on the ground who looked like he had been shot in the arm. he was slurring his speech, and clearly needed medical attention. I folded him up and put him into my backpack somehow, and we walked to the nearest hospital. it only took about a minute. when we got there, there was a pair of women waiting at the reception desk already but they left quickly. when we got to the desk, I showed the male receptionist the inside of my backpack. the man was wrapped in an american flag, which I don't remember doing. i think everyone in the room understood that at that point the man was no longer alive. i had already figured that because at some point i felt him stop moving in my backpack. the receptionist carried the man, still wrapped in the flag, into another room and told us we could leave if we wanted. as i left i worried that his death may have been my fault.
