Airborn STDs?

I'm my dream I was in "jail" with this guy who just looked like some asshole. The jail was my old bedroom when I was a teenager but there was a couch instead of a bed. This guy in my dream kept trying to give me VD or aids with some sort of spray thing. I remember listening to him almost give his escape plan away. The only other thing I remember is that he dropped a jar of pickles on his foot to save himself.
