Woman Thinks I’m on Drugs

I was doing a social experiment where I basically was homeless and would see how people perceived me differently. I was set up outside this school but it was summer so school wasn’t in session anymore. I was laying in the grass with some of my few belongings. A woman comes out of the school and sees me and is like “Hey!! You can’t be here.” I told her I had nowhere to live, nowhere to sleep. She did seem empathetic. But then she said “Honey if you weren’t on drugs you wouldn’t be in this situation.” I said “Oh, I’m not on drugs.” She continued, “If you got off that pipe, I would let you sleep in the school basement.” I was confused for a minute until I realized she was thought I was smoking crack. “I’m seriously legitimately not on drugs,” I said. She finally said with frustration, “Come with me.” She took me in her car with her two teenage daughters. She drove us to In N Out Burger and she bought me a Neapolitan milkshake.
