Finding a babysitter for Frankie

I was posting on Tulane classifieds about finding someone to watch my dog Frankie for a weekend. I found someone, but she was really flakey. It was really hard to get him back. Finally I found him in a warehouse with other dogs in rusted kennels. It was apparently a rescue for dogs, and they thought Frankie was being surrendered.
