Child Shooting

Me, my dad, and little brother where all visiting a lady that I think my dad was into and her kid found an AK47 loaded so he shot a guy at the house. Someone we didn't know got shot by the kid and died. He was the only one to die. The rest of us (Me, My dad, My brother, and The lady) Where hiding in the same room and called the police. He found my dad and little brother and had the gun pointed at them so I walked out to get his attention on me when the cops showed up and grabbed him before he could shoot. He was taken away. I don't know where to but the police got him and that's all that mattered.
