I had half a mind to stay conscious last night but gave in after a couple attempts, getting to sleep paralysis and unable to move the astral still so I go to sleep. In the middle of a random dream I gain lucidity probably due to my previous attempts of mind awake body asleep. I was in this city a pretty big one at that and I was with this girl I liked, once I became lucid I pick her up and fly her to the nearest bathroom and we start having sex in the bathroom though I stop because something felt a little off it was as if she was frozen and wasn't moving, I then got the percept that this was turning into a nightmare and that if I would continue with the sexual acts it would worsen, so I stop and try out my powers first trying to make people appear and disappear with thought but it didn't work in fact the person I was try to make disappear noticed and started to get mad at me about it, I then start to float away from the bathroom and back out into the city but the weird thing was the dude was flying with me and was chasing after me...i lose consciousness over the commotion and fall back into a less active dream of being in a helicopter which was pretty vivid especially when we almost crashed I was scared for my life...another dream (idk if it's before or after my lucid dream) was with my friends at school making fun of each other and something disturbing happens which makes me wake up physically and disgusted
