Psychotic Baby Nightmare

I'm stood in a room with a mother who is holding her baby boy. The baby looks troubled and is able to talk despite looking just over one year old. When the baby speaks, its voice is that of a man. He says "I am vengeance. I am hatred, there is nothing of joy in me. I have no compassion, not even for my mother and when I am old enough she will be one of my first victims." Throughout the duration of the child's monologue, he grows slightly more menacing looking as his pallor becomes paler and scars form around his face. However, I don't feel scared because I can see in his eyes that he really doesn't want to be evil, but has given up fighting against it.
