mixed dreams

Was exploring nature and found an old sewer system (did not smell nice). After that we continued and found an old building which turned out to be some kind of hospital. I went in and suddenly realised I have to be at worl. When I tried to get out from the hospital they would not let me. They thought I was a patient. It took many floors and convincing that I was not a patient and finally got out. I was also hungry and last thing I remember is that I wanted to eat a plate of chicken, ham and meatballs from this restaurant I was standing in front of.
