My mom came home from the grocery store telling me she had been raped three times. She sat on the couch and told me about how she got away, and I remember being really unsettled. There was an intense feeling of uneasiness and fear during this dream. I felt very unsafe and vulnerable, like I was worried I was next. That feeling lingered even after I had already woken up and gotten out of bed.
