weird nightmare

i don’t remember a lot of it since i went back to sleep, but i remember being in the clasp of some serial killer that first tortured little boys with razor blades and needles. then i remember he cut open my stomach cavity and removed something, then sewed me back up. i asked him why this hadn’t killed me yet and he said i had like 10 days left. it felt awful and i remember physically feeling like one of my organs was missing. ick
