The 9th grade class is in the Sacred Heart gym practicing dancing for HOCO. Derek and Meghan are dancing and Meghan and Allie begin to do this weird balancing thing where they’re arms are out and extended and they’re keeping themselves up by pressing their hands together. Derek laughs and watches. Allie sees me see her by Derek and she thinks I’m envious. But I’m not. Later me and Al argue a tiny bit.
