holding a golden eagle

I am holding a golden eagle like a pet. He/she has flown to me and I'm caring for it. It feels strong and powerful like it could crush, claw, and kill me easily yet instead preens my smaller more delicate bird I own. I feel like the eagle is out on loan or there temporarily.
