Buying a store

My brother and his wife come up with the idea to buy a store in a building that seems a lot like one I worked in at one point in my life. I'm scared that it won't make any money. I ask my dad about it and he says there are a lot of people that work there and it should do really well. One of the first things I think about selling is biscuits and gravy haha
