Parental split

My parents are solid as a rock. Fantastic relationship. But last night they got in a fight over renovations of our store. Now my dad has hotboxed the store with a big pink bong and a smaller pipe. Apologizes for getting high and I walk out. I go around another door and walk into a few hours later. My dad is fall down drunk and I know I need to get him into a vehicle, the closest being my grandmas jeep he says "I'm not Michelles husband anymore" somehow I know 'Michelle' is my mom (her name is actually Sandra) so I pour him in the car and go ask my mom what happened, apparently after the fight when he was drunk my dad beat some guy named Floyd up and that was the final straw.
