the wave

i was going to chicago with my family. i remember saying how we could bring our cat if one person stayed in the car at all times. then my dad turned around to go home to get my cat but he did it as a joke because we were too far away from home to go back now. in the next scene we were all standing near some kind of ocean. then we noticed the water started to move, except it was moving weird and didn’t look like normal water. it looked really thick and instead of sloshing around, it was moving really slowly. then we all started to run because it started rising really big. we ended up in this building that looked like a lecture hall. in the center, there was a lake with water similar to the ocean. we were told the water liked math homework so if we threw it our math homework it wouldn’t flood as bad. so everyone gathered and threw our math homework into the water. then we ran when it started bubbling up like it was going to flood. my brother and i went to a room where my history teacher was passing out granola in purple yogurt for us to eat. then we ran some more and ended up in a convenience store where they were giving us free tofu and seaweed to eat. apparently apple created this whole flood thingy so if we had apple music we were safe. then the final scene was me walking down a long bridge/boardwalk thingy on the ocean and it looked really pretty.
