Stealing beauty

I wasn't a part of this dream but I was watching a scientist woman steal people's attractive features. She would find really pretty girls and then trick them into coming into her lab. One of the girls she put to sleep and then plucked out al of her eyelashes and teeth and replaced them with uglier ones and kept the pretty ones. After the procedure she wiped their memory so they never knew that they used to have prettier features.
