Late Homework

I graduated The Evergreen State College in 2011 thus marking the end of my required school attendance. But in these last seven years since graduation I've had more than a few dreams where I was still in school and was late for something. Late for a class or late on a homework assignment. But the most significant part of all in these dreams has been where I was either about to graduate or only had a year left of schooling. Why? I was done with my schooling over seven years ago yet my dreams focus on the last full year to a year and a half of it as if it is yet to occur. Last night, for example, I had a dream where I was on the Bainbridge Island to Seattle ferry and I was explaining to a lady that I only had about a year left of college. This is the most recent example of about... twelve? similar dreams I've had. This has been going on ever since my college graduation in June of 2011.
