Gross Dream That Involves Fecal Matter

I saw my cousin who I actually haven't seen in a while, and we greeted each other as you would expect. She then turned into her boyfriend as we were hugging. We were at my house. We laid down on the couch as I asked him how's your professional life, pausing for a minute. Then, I added "and your personal life?" so quietly I was sure he didn't hear me, but he began thinking of a response to my quietly uttered question after briefly saying work was going well. I never heard it though, the scene switching before he could answer. The weird thing is I still felt like I was talking to my cousin. I did want to ask her those questions and, in my mind, I was directing them towards her, but yet it was him that was there. Next scene: *warning this is where it gets gross I was in an evidently unisex public bathroom with stalls because I went in one stall and did my thing while my cousin's boyfriend was in the stall right next to me on my left, the one closest to the door. We finished and, for some reason, I went into the stall he'd been in and saw there was a giant log of poop in the toilet. I got grossed out. My cousin explained to me that he can't flush because of some blood disorder he has after I'd told her that I found his fecal matter in the toilet (that was the word I used) It made no sense, although it made slightly more sense in the dream. I kept going into the stall throughout the dream, never trying to flush it. I saw a kid across from the stall I was in, in a stall butt-naked on the floor trying to reach a piece of poop that had fallen on the floor. I was disgusted. I just wanted to get out, but I returned later and to "sensor" the sight of the poop, I just simply tried to cover it with the lid that was suddenly there, but it ended up getting stuck on the lid and ended up on top of it. I was so grossed out, and I knew I'd made it worse, so I knocked it behind the toilet, and then it was just forgotten. 🤢 Next scene: I was at this house. I had my walker with me and I was assisted up the stairs. I don't really remember what went on in the house, but I do remember leaving, and trying to get down the stairs with my walker. I thought I could do it myself, but I was assisted again. I was then outside with this child. We were on this land that looked like the grass and bushes that lead to my property. I was told there was some thing, some creature out here, and as we walked, I was anxiously anticipating seeing it. I never did, and after we were inside playing games and eating food, i found out it was a deer. I was scared for no reason. It was just a harmless deer. I sat on this couch, watching everyone play what was child's games, but with an adult spin on it, making it still seem childish while not exactly appropriate for kids. I wore what I think was my shirt I got at the PKD walk this past weekend, but I was looking at this like Doctor's coat that said the name of a major hospital in my state. On the back it said 6 K-12. It was something I would wear to be a volunteer tutor to kids, apparently at a hospital. I sat next to my uncle. I then just watched everyone playing. Before people were playing games, they were looking out the window at some kind of entertainment while eating popcorn 🍿 that looked just like that. I sat there with them, but I didn't want popcorn. Eventually after watching people playing, I started playing this My Little Pony game that seemed more kid than adult friendly and I thought about how my sister, who loves My Little Pony, would love this game. I was home later. We'd taken some food home. I ate some leftover food that was our food. not from the party, that I actually had irl, but it's gone now, and in the dream I was aware it was made like two weeks ago, but I still wanted to eat it. I then got this soggy wrap sandwich from the party. I was so hungry so it looked really good except for all the purple onion rings inside.
