Another Cruise Dream

I don’t remember a whole lot since this was a few days ago by the time I’m writing this, but I had another dream about cruise ships. This is getting kinda weird. I walked towards a McDonalds. It was perched on the top of a small cliff overlooking an ocean of sorts. I walked down the steps leading towards the entrance that looked like the front door of a house. There were lush plants at the sides of the walkway leading up to the doors. They popped out against the yellow and red-accented building. My brain had no thoughts as I pushed on the red double doors, walking in. There was a hallway that the entrance opened into, and another set of double doors right in front of the entrance doors. That led into the main section of the building. They had those round windows you see on restaurant kitchen swinging doors. It was weird, considering that was supposed to be a common-area. Not ready to waltz in just yet, I walked to the left, down the hall towards the deck. There seemed not to be anyone else around, at least that I could remember. I reached the door which, too, had the peculiar round window on it. I could see a white railing and the sea through it. I pushed it open and found myself on a wooden deck that reminded me of a cruise ship deck. The restaurant had turned into a cruise ship. I made a lap or two around the deck before I finally decided to go into the common area. The common area was like the outside, upper deck of a cruise where a pool would be. There were no pools, but instead an oak drink bar, plus some other food-serving areas with lots of seating. It was under cover that was held up by some nice beams. The deck where laps could be walked was just a few steps away. I looked to my right towards a corner of the ship and noticed a busy area. There were a group of people gathered there, and a somewhat long line. There seemed to be some people in charge who were hooking up kids to a sort of harness and tether that looked slightly reminiscent of a zipline. They was gleeful yelling and screaming, and just as I had looked over, they launched a teenage girl around the perimeter of the ship. I watched her round the ships’ edges a couple times, and on her third time, at the opposite corner, she landed in a small ball pit full of rainbow balls. The harness had magically detached right before launching her into the pit as I had suspected the point was. It looked really fun. I watched a couple other kids get launched and zoom around the perimeter of the skip tethered to a zipline. Eventually, I looked away and focused my eyes on the drink bar next to the ball pit. I was kind of a ways away, but I think I saw my character, Izzac, mixing drinks, just as his job in my story world is. This was my first time seeing one of my characters in my dreams. I wished to walk over to him—he was making eye contact with me, but I had something else I suppose I was going to do. I walked past the ball pit and Izzac, setting my gaze on a white staircase that led to a higher deck level. I walked up it and walked almost all the way around, ending up on the back, left side of the ship, which was indoors. I had noticed there was a somewhat large-looking man kind of a ways behind me. I couldn’t tell who he was in dead that I’d look back and he’s notice me, purposefully speeding up to me, so I tried my best to ignore him. I was in a hallway that looked roughly the same as when I first entered the McDonalds/ship. The man came up from behind me and surpassed me, jogging at a slow pace. He stopped to gain is breath, or something similar, at the door with the circle window. I gritted my teeth as I walked up to him, needing to pass him to get back outside. He turned around when I prodded him to tell him I needed to get through when I realized he was one of my teachers, Eilerts. Except, I didn’t realize where I knew him from, so I was just pleased to know he wasn’t some random guy I needed to be afraid of. I hadn’t realized he was my teacher until I woke up, but I was gazing at his face with a shy smile, embarrassingly, because of his subtle attractiveness.
