Different World

So, I don't remember much of my dream except the world went crazy and there was another huge world war along with a US Civil war. After peace came, there weren't many people left. So you had two options, live in these small towns where avery one kinda lived together and each town had it's own sort of president who dictated the people or you could go off and claim land and live on your own with no one ensuring that you are safe or eating or anything. I choose to live with two guys out in the country. We had to protect our place from scavengers that may pass through. We also had to tend our own crops and everything else. I didn't seem to have family or any of my friends around. But I ended up falling in love with one of them. But the set up worked really well. Even when I got with the one guy, we all took care of each other and made sure all three of us was happy and healthy. We had lived in a small, two bedroom house that we built because during the war, many country homes were burned by liberals because they didn't like how they had inherited the land and thought that they should just take it over. So, these two guys had built the house before I went in. So I ended up making a divider in the bigger room and placing a bed for myself. There wasn't power anymore but you could use generators, wind, and solar power. So we had our own little set up and it worked really well.
